The American Gigolo soundtrack, composed by legendary producer Giorgio Moroder, is best remembered for Blondie's hugely successful single 'Call Me' (which was not available on any of their albums, apart from compilations). The soundtrack's mastermind, Moroder, was ably assisted by Harold Faltermeyer and Keith Forsey, who both would go on to great success as producers and writers on their own (Faltermeyer's 'Axel F Theme' being the most significant). While the movie was a huge success, this soundtrack has taken on a life of it's own over the three decades since it's original release. Eight tracks.
